Title of Your Report
Music has undergone unbelievable changes in the past hundred years because of changes caused by technology, cultural modes, and the invention of new genres, from jazz and the blues to rock, hip-hop, and electronic music. Each decade brought forth styles and sounds that molded taste and artistic expression, and the early 20th century marked a starting point when music was acoustic and based on live instruments and vocal talent. But then came electric instruments, recording devices, and finally, digital technology that completely changed the face of the industry, and the music world started shifting from organic sounds to synthesized beats and overproduced tracks. Because of the scarcity of recording facilities, the music volume in this period was mainly live performances concentrating on musical instruments and voices. They employed pianos, guitars, horns, and drums, doing all the tricks without the help of electronics. Jazz and blues would be performed in famous clubs and events, whereby music would be a part of people’s experience. The futures of other forms of music could be seen germinating out of this era. Jazz and blues set the compass for the music that was to follow.
Technological changes in the 1950s and 1970s defined a new change of direction in the music industry from acoustically produced to electric and synthesized music. These technologies significantly changed music production and performance, especially using electric guitars and synthesizers. Similarly, electric guitars were instrumental in shaping rock and roll musi
