When writing essays, it is of great significance to provide details that state the fact correctly and appropriately. Giving a source in an essay, gives support to it and more credit is given because of having solid evidence and examples. Theacademic source, provide support to any discussion, argument and give similarities and differences in an essay. Essay writing also requires up to date information, so, when one is choosing sources he/she needs to check on the validity of the source, this will give the audience more details and give them confidence in the essay. Essay writing, requires one to consider the two types of sources that is primary or secondary sources. A researcher requires, using both primary sources and secondary sources for this will give accurate information to the targeted audience. Use of the correct source, gives the correct information and meets the set goals and objectives of the assay.
Facts contain solid evidence with valid examples, opinion is giving one`s views according to the context and bias is when a researcher uses only one side of the information neglecting the other party. Facts and opinions should be separated when using a source to bring out intended information in the context of the research. Essay writers should be keen with false and bias information from the sources that might not have been detected otherwise. The writer should not give a general opinion for this may contain false believed information to the audience. In any essay or research, one should argue about facts and give his/her own opinion concerning the set information. However, he/she should give accurate information and stop being bias at all. Giving facts and opinion to the essay keeps the interest of the audience but biases put them off.

Organization of information is vital in achieving desired objectives from sources. One can either use note cards or computer files in the information organization. When using note cards one should be able to list separate source cards each with an index to make it peculiar from the other; a letter or number codes, for instance, can be used. In fast use of library catalog, it is of importance to arrange the sources using the key word for fast search and location. When in any doubt, the writer should ask the reference librarian for help, especially, when he is unsure where to start looking for the desired information. Computer files are also arranged using keywords and alphabetical order for faster access to sources.
Computers are better in the storage of information for they are faster in retrieval whenever needed. Computers and the internet have done great revolution in the world like never before, almost everything imaginable is found on the internet. This makes the use of computers to be more effective than any other means of cataloging.
