Introduction:
The following analysis uses the DISC personality profile, which categorizes individuals into four styles of personalities: Dominant, Influential, Supportive, and Cautious. The DISC identified a combination of Supportive and Cautious traits or S/C. The supportive style is an empathetic listener and easy to get along with, while the cautious style is cautious but will ensure all bases are covered in competence and thoroughness (Hunt 2018). These traits lend themselves to ensuring careful consideration of decisions is considered, thereby making me someone the team members can rely on. These are supported by some key responsibilities one undertakes as an employee representative in the company: to represent views and ensure effective communication between employees and the company's management. This means that, apart from advocating for employees' interests, one must be prepared to contribute constructively to company decisions. Overall, a personality profile suggests someone who can constructively relate to others and offers considered insight that should make one fit for undertaking the requirements specified by the position of an employee representative.
