My recent academic and professional experiences closely align with the objectives of the Master of Science in Data Science program. I am an undergraduate at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, majoring in finance with a minor in Information Management and Information Systems. I had a strong data analytics foundation with coursework such as Probability and Statistics, Econometrics, and Programming. These studies further developed my interest in the application of data science in finance. They led me to several projects that embed machine learning and statistical analysis into realistic financial scenarios.
